Hero Marketer

Facebook Ads reporting tool

Your CEO will ask which Meta leads became pipeline.

Ads Manager reports Results, and Results are not sales qualified leads. Hero Marketer’s Facebook Ads reporting tool sets them side by side, with placements, ages and genders ready and cost per conversion beside each. Walk into the meeting knowing where the budget worked.

Why it's different

Ads Manager gives you columns, not the answer.

Hero Marketer

Sets cost per lead next to the sales qualified leads in your CRM

Stops at cost per lead, the number that looks best

Has placements, ages and genders ready, with the cost of each

Leaves you to build the breakdown yourself

Counts only clicks on your link

Counts likes, comments and shares as clicks

Puts what changed and the next step above the numbers

Leaves you to work out what changed and what to say

Your dashboard

See where your ads ran, and who saw them.

Meta spreads one budget across Facebook, Instagram and Audience Network, and a click count won't tell you which one bought anything. You can pay for clicks from partner apps that never become leads.

What comes next

Your report says what changed.
Hero AI takes it from there.

When someone asks why a number moved, take the question to Hero AI. It can pause a campaign, ad set or ad, or set a daily budget or bid, after you approve the card. For anything else, it tells you where to change it in Ads Manager.

Common questions

What to know before you try the Facebook Ads reporting tool.

Will it change anything in my Meta ad account?

No. Reports and summaries only read your account. A fix such as pausing an ad set runs only after you approve it.

Will the numbers match Ads Manager?

Yes. Conversions are Meta’s own Results, and spend, impressions and link clicks come straight from Meta.

I'm not a Meta Ads expert. Can I explain this to my CEO?

Yes. It says what changed in plain words, with the figures from your account for this period and the last. You can edit the wording before you send it.

Can it show which placements and ages bought results?

Yes. Your dashboard shows placements, ages and genders with cost, conversions and cost per conversion. The AI summary reads them too.

What does the Facebook Ads reporting tool cost?

Signing up, the dashboard, reports and CSV export are free, and so is your first AI summary on each account. After that, a summary uses about 0.01 credits. PDF export is free but needs a balance above zero. Daily checks cost 0.25 credits a day for each account. Credits come in $20 packs with no monthly fee, and unused credits are refundable within 90 days of purchase.

Built for

Whoever owns the paid ads number in B2B SaaS.

The CEO’s question, answered with evidence.

You inherited Meta, and sales says the leads are junk. Hero AI follows each ad set to demos, not leads, and asks before it pauses anything.

Hero AI Mon 10:40 AM

Why are Meta leads cheap but nobody books a demo?

Leads cost $55, but 2 of 60 booked a demo, so a demo costs about $1,650. Many leads are students on Gmail. Pause the cheapest ad set and judge Meta by demos.
