- What counts as a credit?
- One credit funds one round of AI work. A campaign analysis, an ad copy generation, a keyword research run, a recommendation, or a landing page wireframe each consume one credit. Direct lookups (listing campaigns, reading settings) do not.
- What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
- You can top up credits without changing your plan, or upgrade to a tier with more included credits. We never silently overcharge you. You're notified at 80% usage so the call is yours.
- Do you charge a percentage of my ad spend?
- No. Hero Marketer is flat monthly pricing. We never take a cut of your Google Ads spend, never mark up clicks, and never resell media.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard, no contracts, no cancellation fees. Access continues through the current billing period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription and have used less than 10% of your monthly credits, you get a full refund.
- Do you support MCC accounts?
- Yes. Agency tier includes 10 Google Ads accounts and Hero AI can switch between them in one chat session. Multi-client agencies use this to run analysis across every account from one place.
