Hero Marketer checks every connected ad account for problems each morning, whether or not you sign in. If you never open Hero AI, this is your whole bill.
Checks start when you first buy credits. To stop them, turn off every alert and automation, or disconnect the account.

Pricing questions, answered.
Is there a monthly fee, or a cut of my ad spend?
No to both. There’s no subscription, contract or monthly fee, and we never take a cut of your ad spend, so spending more on ads doesn’t raise your bill. You pay Google, LinkedIn and Meta directly.
What is a credit, and what will it cost me?
One credit is $1. Most Hero AI questions cost 0.2 to 1.5 credits, and daily checks cost about $7.50 a month per ad account. Your first scan and AI summary on each account are free.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Daily checks pause and nothing is deleted. We email you before it happens, and topping up starts them again.
What is auto top up?
An optional switch, off until you turn it on. It runs as a yearly credit subscription: $20 when you switch it on, then a $20 pack whenever your balance drops below 5 credits. Turn it off any time and your credits stay.
Is it safe to connect my ad accounts?
Yes. You approve access on each platform, and we never see your password or your card. Hero Marketer changes only what you approve, the automations you switch on and the campaigns you launch. Your data is encrypted and never used to train AI.
Can my team use it, and can I connect client accounts?
Yes to both. Invite teammates as editors or viewers at no extra cost; the owner’s credits pay for their work. Keep up to 10 businesses, one per client, each with its own Google, LinkedIn and Meta accounts.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused credits are refundable within 90 days of purchase. Email support@heromarketer.io and Paddle refunds your original payment method. Spent credits and Paddle’s fee aren’t refunded.
What happens to my data if I stop using it?
Email support@heromarketer.io from the email address you sign in with and we delete everything within 7 days, and from backups within 30. Switch off auto top up first. We can export your campaigns and chats before you go.
